The Council for Coordination and Cooperation (CCC) of ACJU conducted a special meeting on 2021.09.21 with the ‘Dharmashakthi Organization’, an institute which is well known for its services towards strengthening peaceful coexistence and social unity in our country for decades.
Ven. Prof. Pallekande Rathanasara Thero, General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Amarapura Maha Sangha Sabhawa and President of the Dharmashakthi Organization, Ven. Prof. Madampegama Assaji Thero, General Secretary of the Dharmashakthi Organization, Ash-Sheikh Firdaus Manbai – Asst. Secretary of Dharmashakthi Organization (Treasurer, Colombo East Jamia Branch) and other office bearers of the Dharmashakthi Organization participated in this meeting.
Mufti M.I.M. Rizwe- President of ACJU and Ash Shaikh Arkam Nooramith – General Secretary of ACJU welcomed the delegation and presented the introduction and the services provided by the ACJU.
Matters related to the initiatives that are necessary to be undertaken by the all Religious leaders to strengthening communal harmony among communities while preserving their respective identities with mutual cooperation were discussed during this meeting.
