SINHALA AND TAMIL NEW YEAR MESSAGE
The most important cultural festival of the Sinhalese and Tamils of Sri Lanka, which is the Sinhala & Tamil New Year, is not being celebrated this year, as it was done in the previous years, due to the prevailing Corona pandemic situation.
With the dawn of this New Year, abiding by the guidelines of the Ministry of Health with determination, we pray that every one of us should unitedly make effort to save our Motherland from this pandemic.
The ACJU wish to extend our sincere appreciation and our best wishes to the Government, members of Government services, and especially to the members of the Health services, Armed forces, Police and all those who are rendering services with dedication, to save our Nation from this critical situation.
