The Sinhala and Tamil fraternity celebrates the Sinhala-Tamil New Year on this special day. We pray for peace, happiness and prosperity for the people of our country, especially for those who are celebrating this festival amidst various economic hardships and difficulties.
In this country where people from different communities live, it’s a great opportunity to us Sri Lankans, to learn each other’s cultures and traditions, through which we can build understanding and coexistence among the communities.
The ACJU prays to Almighty to make ease and resolve the crisis situation in our country and bless our Motherland with lasting peace, happiness and tranquility.
