Arabic college

The role of Arabic Colleges, which have a history of over 150 years, in the work of social reform is immense. Today, more than 300 Arabic Colleges in Sri Lanka have continuously provided invaluable services to the community. Arabic Colleges are seen as educational institutions that have produced many Muslim scholars, including scholars in various fields, Masjid imams, teachers, and university lecturers. The need to streamline the financial management activities of Arabic Colleges and improve the educational program in line with the rapidly evolving global education system and educational developments has been realized.

ACJU aims to improve and regulate the financial management and academic activities of the Arab Colleges through the Arabic Colleges Division. It also seeks to provide ongoing guidance in shaping the future academic activities of Arabic colleges.
