Rabeeunil Awwal is the third month of the Islamic lunar calendar. This is the month following the Month of Safar. The meaning of the word ‘Rabeeunil Awwal’ is ‘First Spring’.
The month of Rabeeunil Awwal is the most significant month in the Islamic history. This is because humanity has been blessed in this month by the birth of the Last Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).
‘And We have not sent you but as mercy for all the worlds.’ – Surah Anbiya (21) Verse 107
‘We did not send you (O prophet,) but to the entire mankind, as a bearer of good news and as a warner, but most people do not know.’ – Surah Saba (34) Verse 28
Narrated by Jarir bin `Abdullah (RadhiAllahu Anhu): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Allah will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind.” Sahih al-Bukhari 7376
Almighty Allah sent the Final Messenger Muhammad (ﷺ) as a blessing to the world. He (ﷺ) was a personality of kindness, love and affection. His kindness was witnessed all elders, youngsters, males and females. His
blessed kindness reached the animals and even the non-living things. The life of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was filled with evidences for his kindness.
