A discussion was held with Minister of Justice Hon. M.U.M. Ali Sabri, PC, with regard to the proposed amendments to the MMDA and the Religious opinion of ACJU on this subject.

A discussion was held with the Members of the our Executive Committee, Members of the our Fatwa Committee and the Minister of Justice Hon. M.U.M. Ali Sabri PC, on the 14th of September 2021 from 08.15pm to 10.00 pm, via Zoom.

Matters related to the proposed amendments of MMDA and the recent decisions taken by the Cabinet were discussed in this meeting. Several Religious matters and practical implementation issues were also discussed in detail with the Hon. Justice Minister.

We pray Almighty Allah to bless our efforts and guide the Minister and those who have authority on our affairs to make right decisions which will bring goodness to the country.
